  • Cinnamon- rich in antioxidants and other beneficial compounds. Some research suggests that it may help support blood sugar control, protect against heart disease, and reduce inflammation.

  • Dried Elderberries- high in antioxidants, may improve heart health, may help ease cold and flu symptoms, high in nutrients, fights harmful bacteria.
