Mullein Leaf targets dry coughs and throat inflammations, while giving a soothing and hydrating effect on the lungs with saponins that will loosen up mucus. Mullein Leaf also has been shown to ease the effect of COPD.
How to Use the Herbs
When using herbs there are many ways you can consume or use them. They can be used as a topical, or they can be cooked with or turned into essential oils. Most commonly with loose herbs they are turned into teas or tinctures.
